Checklist
- Is the job running? Open the dashboard and confirm the job is started, not paused or stopped.
- Can your account access both chats? It must read the source and post in the destination. Rejoin or ask an admin for posting rights if needed.
- Is a filter skipping the message? Strict keyword or regex rules are the most common cause. Disable rules temporarily and test.
- Did you hit a plan limit? Daily message or job limits can pause delivery. Check your plan on the pricing page or in the app.
- Is a delay set? A delay or random delay means messages arrive later by design.
- Is the message type supported? Confirm photos, videos or files are enabled for the job.
- Is the account connection healthy? Reconnect Telegram if the app shows an account warning.
- Check the logs. Where available, logs show whether a message was skipped, delayed or failed.
Still stuck?
Contact support from the Support section in the app and include the job name, the source and destination, and what you expected to happen. See also the documentation and the setup guide.
Frequently asked questions
Why are some messages forwarded and others not?
Filters, unsupported message types or limits usually decide this. Check the job logs.
Why is there a delay?
Delay and random delay settings send messages after the time you configured.
