By accessing or using TG Auto Forwarder, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
TG Auto Forwarder provides tools to connect Telegram accounts and configure automated Telegram forwarding and related features. Available features may depend on your plan and account configuration. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for account security and login credentials. Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, avoid unauthorized account sharing, notify us of suspected compromise and use the Service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Telegram Accounts
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and use Telegram accounts. You remain responsible for your Telegram account and activity. We do not claim ownership of your account, channels, groups, messages, media or other Telegram content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, spam or unsolicited communications, malware, fraud, unlawful content distribution, intellectual property infringement, harassment, circumventing security controls, disrupting the Service, abusing infrastructure or violating applicable Telegram rules. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the Service is being abused.
6. User Content
You remain responsible for content you transmit, forward, upload or process and represent that you have necessary rights and permissions. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, features, limits and billing periods are displayed in the Service. Subscriptions may automatically renew where stated at purchase. Third-party providers may process payments.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel according to options in the Service. Cancellation may prevent future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, technical or infrastructure failures, third-party interruptions and network problems may affect availability.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with Telegram, payment, hosting and infrastructure providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions or policies imposed by them.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraudulent or unlawful activity, security risks, unpaid obligations or potential harm to the Service or other users. Where appropriate, notice may be provided.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, design, branding, interface and materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Service except where permitted by law or with written permission.
13. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee it will meet every requirement or that automated forwarding will always operate without interruption or delay.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TG Auto Forwarder will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. You remain responsible for configuration, use and connected Telegram accounts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and publish a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
