Telegram Auto Forwarder Documentation

A practical guide to connecting accounts, creating forwarding jobs, configuring rules and understanding plan-based controls.

New to automated forwarding? Read our step-by-step Telegram auto-forwarding guide for a practical overview.

1. Quick start

  1. Create an account at telegram.autoforward.best/register.
  2. Sign in and follow the in-app flow to connect a Telegram account. Complete any verification requested by Telegram.
  3. Open the forwarding area and create a new job.
  4. Select source and destination chats that your connected account can access.
  5. Review the job options and rules, save the configuration and start the job.
  6. Use the dashboard to monitor the job and review available logs or alerts.
Security note: only connect accounts you own or are authorized to use. Keep login credentials and verification codes private.

2. Creating forwarding jobs

A forwarding job defines how messages move from selected source chats to selected destination chats. Keep jobs separate when they require different destinations, filters or schedules.

  • Sources: chats, channels or groups from which messages should be considered.
  • Destinations: supported chats where eligible messages should be forwarded.
  • Options: supported media handling, pacing, schedule and message behavior settings.
  • Status: use the dashboard to start, stop and inspect the job.

3. Rules, filters and message actions

Rules decide which messages are eligible and how their content is handled. Depending on enabled options, rules can include keyword conditions, text replacement, link removal, regex-based matching and other supported actions.

Test rule combinations carefully. Restrictive conditions can cause messages to be skipped; check available job logs when investigating unexpected behavior.

4. Scheduling, delay and batching

The platform supports scheduled message workflows. Delay, randomized delay and batching are controlled by the features and limits available to your plan. Follow Telegram terms, rate limits and anti-abuse rules.

5. Monitoring, logs and alerts

Use the dashboard to check job state, activity and connected-account health. Depending on plan configuration, the service may offer job message logs, delivery-lag reporting, stop/limit alerts and email alerts you enable.

6. Plans and limits

Current published plans are loaded from the API and displayed on the pricing page. Account counts, job counts, usage limits and advanced features can differ by plan. The dashboard and plan details are the source of truth for your account.

7. Troubleshooting checklist

  • Confirm the connected Telegram account can still access source and destination chats.
  • Check the job is enabled and has not stopped due to a limit or disconnection.
  • Review rule conditions for filters that may skip a message.
  • Check plan access for delay, batching or advanced features.
  • Review available logs and contact in-app support if the issue continues.

8. Responsible use

Telegram may impose permissions, rate limits and account restrictions. Do not use the service for spam, unsolicited messages, unlawful content or attempts to bypass platform protections.
