Before you start
Your connected Telegram account must be able to read the source channel and post in the destination channel. If it cannot, Telegram will block delivery no matter how the job is set up.
Set up the route
- Create a new forwarding job and name it after the route, for example "News to Archive".
- Choose the source channel to watch.
- Choose the destination channel. Add more destinations if the same posts should go to several places.
- Save and start the job, then post a test message in the source.
Useful rules
- Keyword filters: forward only posts that contain, or skip posts that contain, chosen words.
- Text replacement and link removal: tidy posts before they are sent.
- Delay: send at a fixed delay, or a random delay where your plan allows it.
- Edit and delete sync: keep copies aligned with the original where enabled.
Keep it clean and compliant
Use separate jobs when routes need different filters. Only forward content you may share, and note that channels with forwarding restrictions are the owner's choice to set, so respect them.
